PENIS CURVATURE

The best definition for a built-in penis is a normal-sized penis, but with inadequate exposure of the phallus (penis).
It is a genetic anomaly where the deep abdominal fascia (tissue located in the suprapubic region) is not well fixed to the pubis, causing the suprapubic tissue to project over the penis.
